1. Introduction
Welcome to Autonomy Summits.By accessing this website or purchasing tickets to any Autonomy Summits event, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or purchase tickets.
2. Event Registration
All registrations are subject to availability.
Ticket prices are listed exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
Registration is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received and a confirmation email has been issued.
Autonomy Summits reserves the right to refuse or cancel registrations where necessary.
3. Ticket Transfers & Refunds
Tickets may be transferred to another attendee from the same organisation or a replacement attendee approved by the organiser.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing.
Unless otherwise stated on the event page:
- Refunds are available up to 30 days before the event date.
- Approved refunds may be subject to a 10% administration fee.
- No refunds will be issued within 30 days of the event.
If an attendee cannot attend, ticket transfers are encouraged.
4. Event Changes
Autonomy Summits reserves the right to modify:
- Speakers
- Agenda items
- Session formats
- Event timings
- Venues
Every effort will be made to deliver the published programme, however changes may occur.
Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.
5. Event Cancellation
If an event is cancelled by Autonomy Summits, attendees will be offered either:
- A full refund; or
- A transfer to a future event.
Autonomy Summits is not responsible for travel, accommodation or other costs incurred by attendees.
6. Delegate Conduct
All attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully.
Harassment, discrimination, abusive behaviour or disruption of the event may result in removal without refund.
7. Photography & Media
Photography and video recording may take place during our events.
By attending, you grant Autonomy Summits permission to use photographs, video and recordings for marketing, promotional and editorial purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in event media, please notify the organisers before the event.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and event materials, remains the property of Autonomy Summits unless otherwise stated.
Content may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without permission.
9. Liability
Autonomy Summits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from attendance at an event or use of this website.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
