Why our summits work

Knowledge
As an independent series, every speaker, panel, and conversation is curated with one goal: putting the sector's most important questions in front of the people best placed to answer them. In London, that curation is led by Lukas Neckermann, author of four books on mobility, co-founder of PAVE Europe, and adviser to founders, investors, and operators across the autonomous ecosystem. Short keynotes, dynamic panels, moderators who push. This is where the sector's real thinking happens.
Networking
Curated mix. The 2026 edition drew 200 delegates from 27+ countries, the 2027 edition is capped at 250 and runs the same model: fewer invitations than most summits resulting in better business interactions.Coffee breaks designed for actual conversation, not corridor traffic. Post-summit drinks for everyone in the room. Optional evening dinner add-on (see below) for the most concentrated face-to-face evening of the year.
Influence
City and public transport authorities are open to autonomous vehicles but want deployment models that work for their own citizens rather than simply following the US or China. AV operators who engage early can help shape these decisions while gaining direct access to the decision-makers leading procurement, policy, and deployment. You'll leave with a clearer understanding of where regulation is moving fastest, where the economics work today, and a network of around 30 senior industry peers you didn't know on Monday.

Evening dinner

Limited to 50 senior delegates, speakers, partners and invited guests, the Evening Dinner is where the conversations become more candid. No stage. No presentations. Just a room full of the people shaping Europe's autonomous future.

While the summit day is designed for learning and structured networking, the dinner is designed for relationships. The format is intentionally small, allowing operators, policymakers, investors, OEMs, technology providers and public authorities to spend meaningful time together before the main programme begins.

Can I add the dinner after registering?

Yes, the dinner add-on can be purchased at registration or separately later, subject to availability. The early-bird dinner is strictly 20 places and is expected to sell quickly.
