Autonomous Logistics Summit 2027

13 May 2027 · Munich Urban Colab
Hub-to-hub corridors are going commercial. Warehouse and yard robotics are past the demo stage. Ports and airports are running real fleets. The shippers, 3PLs and operators in this room aren’t asking whether — they’re asking which vendor, which corridor, which year. Munich is where those decisions get made. Co-produced with UnternehmerTUM, one of Europe’s largest innovation ecosystems, at the Technical University of Munich. Attendance is capped, so the room is decision-makers, not spectators.

VIP dinner

Limited to 50 senior delegates, speakers, partners and invited guests, the VIP Dinner is where the conversations become more candid. No stage. No presentations. Just a room full of the people shaping Europe’s autonomous future.

While the summit day is designed for learning and structured networking, the dinner is designed for relationships. The format is intentionally small, allowing operators, policymakers, investors, OEMs, technology providers and public authorities to spend meaningful time together before the main programme begins.

How does tiered pricing work?

Each price tier contains 50 places. For Prague, each tier has 20 places. When a tier sells out, the next tier automatically unlocks. The earlier you register, the lower your price. All prices are exclusive of VAT.

Can I add the dinner after registering?

Yes, the dinner add-on can be purchased at registration or separately later, subject to availability. The early-bird dinner is strictly 20 places and is expected to sell quickly.

What is the refund and transfer policy?

Tickets are transferable before the event. Refunds are available up to 30 days prior, less a 10% administration fee. Contact us directly for special circumstances.

Is there a group booking discount?

Group rates are available for bookings of 5 or more delegates from the same organisation. Contact us directly to discuss team pricing and availability.
